Larry Hahn was the Vet in Norwood, and had his clinic in his Airstream trailer parked next to his small airplane at the airstrip North of town, and also in Naturita.
Larry and the “Doc” always had their Web Gear ready for their next “missions”.
Whenever there was a devastating earthquake down south, he would call Doc Peters...

"The crash landing was uneventful, the pilot and passenger (some say from Joe Zoline’s company) were put up at the Hotel overnight then the “fixed” airplane was pushed out of town where it flew off.

"24 NTSB reports on this airport since 1985. I have copies of them. well this is a slightly different record of those events, the picture is from 1984, when the hangers were being built, and it shows the first “building” on mountain village, was a 23 story monstrosity,
only to bring in their skiers “right down the runway”, to the Doral hotel...

A picture of Emma Nardin Oberto, Leo Edwin Oberto, and Josephine Oberto's headstone. Emma Oberto was born July 20, 1904 and died November 19, 1991. Leo Oberto was born May 17, 1902 and died June 23, 1977. The couple was married May 29, 1926, and had a daughter (Josephine) that was born June 24, 1927 and died July 1, 1927.
