The church, built in 1906 on the corner of Main St. and Toledo [191 Main St.], served the Presbyterian denomination for 96 years. In 2002, the congregation built a larger church 4 miles west of Minturn. This older church has a high-ceilinged interior, original high-peaked windows and almost century old light fixtures. Ralph and Pearl Lewis Henderson standing in front of an automobile with their dog; August 1969. Pearl worked in the Henderson store and at the Red Cliff Museum. She was a member of the Eagle County Historical Society and Neighbors of Woodcraft. Ralph Henderson owned Henderson's Variety Store in Red Cliff and sold cars in Red Cliff for Burt Chevrolet, Denver. Ralph also owned the bus line to Gilman, which took workers back and forth to the mine....
