The Norgren Company manufactured pneumatic products. The building was sold to the City of Englewood in 1965 for the city offices and library. The building was demolished in 2003.
This building was the original Dance Hall for the Tuileries Amusement Park. It was later bought by the National Film Co. which sold it to Alexander Industries. It was then bought by the City of Englewood for $14,500 and housed the Library and Police and Fire departments.
The view is looking to the West from the Wells Fargo Bank. On the right is the former Phar-mor building. The Joslin's building is center left and the old Library building is in the far left edge of the picture. The demolition can be seen in the center of the picture.
This is a view of the interior of the old Foley's building before renovation. It is a shot from the 3rd floor down to the ground floor which is now the library.
