This photograph was found with others from World War I from George Frey, although date and exact location are unknown. George wrote "Company street" on the photo verso. The photo appears to be taken from above, slightly looking down on several barracks and buildings neatly lining plowed streets. Piles of snow sit alongside some buildings. Utility lines are present in the foreground, in front of a tall fence, and three soldiers can be seen at right...
