At the top of the marker is engraved a 3-link chain with F, L, T included. ”FLT stands for Friendship, Love, Truth, three degrees associated with the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. Marker for: "Phillip S. Ebert, died Feb. 12, 1907, aged 25 years, At rest," Greenwood Cemetery. The Woodmen of the World symbol is engraved in the middle of the marker. At the bottom of the marker is inscribed: "Here rests a Woodman of the World." Ivy is sculpted at the top of the marker.
